Why not ban teenage sexuality altogether? Letting teenagers do anything sexual in the first place undermines abstinence education that saves lives, so why not ban any teenage sexuality altogether? Teenagers are still guyren, they don't need to be sexual at all. |
HAHAHA! It's not going to happen.
People are free to make there own decisions in life. Yeah, maybe it sucks that there is such big consequences to it, but really you sound stupid! Sex should not be taught as an evil thing. It's not evil or dirty. Maybe you should teach your guys about responsiblity and learn to talk to them about it. Jails are over crowded now. Imagine what it would be like if ppl are thrown into jail because of that. You can't stop nobody from doing what they want to do. You should know that already from when you where younger. The more you discouage it the more they are going to want to do it. People have that right. Yes, even guys. That's the only way they learn. |
Are there any useful website to help with teenage sexuality? Well I'm 14 and I think I might be bisexual or lesbian, are there any websites that give good advice?? |
Pflag--parents & friends of lesbians and gays. the Trevor Project is good, too; it's mainly aimed at suicide prevention but has useful links.
Or you could ask here--there are trolls, of course, but that's true all over the Internet. |
What qualities do teenage boys want in a teenage girl? (besides sexuality)? I know, of course, that teen boys want a girl with a great body...but what else are you guys looking for? |
ideally ... would be bad face + good body ... or average face + good body.
A pretty face can be intimidating ... and it makes guys feel inferior when a girl is ... "pretty" (mild acne, her face is in proportion, straight teeth, white teeth, etc).
You should see a lot of guys with ... a girl with a nice body but a not so great face (or maybe average) ... it's just easy to be with someone who isn't "too good". |
Question about teenage sexuality; normal or not? I'm 16 and I'm a virgin. I've fantasized about being taken advantage of. As far as I know, I wasn't molested as a guy. Will my fantasies change when I loose my virginity and is there something psychologically wrong with wanting to be taken advantage of? Like is it a pre-requisite for any psychotic behaviors? |
| I wouldn't go as far as to say it is a prerequisite for any psychotic behaviors. However you should look for the frequency of these thoughts and if there is an overwhelming to more than 10% of your thoughts then I would suggest help. I just hope this isn't a self-fulfilling prophesy. Maybe someday you could act it out with a loved one and then it could fade away. |
How many of you out there think they can control their teenage guyren's sexuality.? And if you cannot does that make you a bad parent? |
I don't have teenage guys, but I know my parents had absolutely no chance of controlling mine. Mind you, I was brought up in a strict Irish Catholic (not diluted, either, but off the boat Irish) household where no-one said anything about 'birds and bees' and the only communication my father and I ever had about sex was when he left an old yellowed book called 'The Difficult Commandment' by my bed. I would have been 15 when he did that. I hadn't had sex, but I'd been navigating my way around the female body for about a year at that point.
Honestly, I don't think people can really CONTROL another human's lust, outside of medication. But I'd like to think that communicating will at least lead to a certain awareness of responsibility, if not responsibility itself.
Because this is around the current Palin family situation, I think it's best left to the Palin family. I'd like to think it'll lead supporters on both sides to back off on the smears in general...but I know that won't happen. |
How often do teenage girls talk about sexuality? guys talk about sex a lot, especially teens. we always make sex jokes and say perverted things. how often do teenage girls act like this? |
| it depends on the type of girls most girls only enjoy talking how cute or nice a boy is n dont talk about anthing more than that whereas other girls love talking about having sex or what not |
LGBT: How did your sexuality developed during your teenage years? Coming out to parents a serious problem? Like can you tell me a step by step of how it happened like at age 13 this happened and at age 14 this happened & so on & so on?
How old were you when you first found out that you maybe lesbian, or gay or bisexual, or transgender?
& what age did you come out of the closet to your parents? |
OK, HERE IS MY STORY:
I have always knowpuberty gay, even before pubirty. I never liked too many sports but enjoyed music, art, etc.. In kindergarden I remember perfering to hang out with girls naturally instead of guys. The "gay urge" got stronger throughout my teenage years, and it was ALWAYS there. I tried my best to surpress those feelings by dating tons of girls, looking at straight porn, etc... The main thing that made me tell myself Im not gay, I can't be is my religion. I'm from the South and my family is very strong in our Christian beliefs. I happen to meet a guy online 1 day when I was 20 and we started talking. We became friends, dating and now We are ENGAGED! So the thing is I always knew but made myself forget it, It wasn't until I put myself in a gay relationship that I realized this is what I want. I didn't feel like I was pretending like I did with girls. Me and him felt VERY natural to me. I told all this to certain friends over this past year and my mom 2 months ago. So I didn't come out to mom until this year ..22 year old.. and all my other family (including dad) still doesnt know and very few friends don't know. You just have to play it all by ear. I love my fiance and after his contract in the military we are getting married! |
Can hormones make you question your sexuality in your teenage years? I told my Mum I think I like girls (I'm a girl) and she said to wait until I'm older until I say I'm fully sure.
She also said my hormones could mess up these feelings, is that true?
Thanks :) x |
No i do not think hormones have anything to do with your sexuality, as I you are born with a certain sexuality and homrones aren't going to change that.
I have known i was bisexual since i was 7 (i'm a girl too, :D) and now I am 13 and i have a girlfriend and I know for sure still that I am bisexual and I am leaning more towards girls although i still find boys hot too. |

Books about a teenage girl who is confused about her sexuality? I was wondering if you know of any book about a girl, preferably a teenager, who is confused about her sexuality or is altogether a lesbian? I would really like to read something that I'm interested in and this is a good topic, being as I'm going through this sort of thing right now.
Thanks |
Keeping You A Secret by Julie Anne Peters (or any of her stuff, really).
The Bermudez Triangle by Maureen Johnson.
And there's a side story of it in Born Confused by Tanuja Desai Hidier. |
